Terms

keep64 is a game diary, run as a personal non-commercial project by an individual rather than a company. It is still being built and is not open to public sign-up. These are interim terms; a full set will replace them before sign-ups open.

Using the site

The site is free, provided as-is, and still under active development. Features may change or break, and while your data is backed up, nothing here should be treated as the only copy of anything you would be sorry to lose. There is no uptime commitment.

Your account

One person, one account, and you are responsible for what happens under yours. Note that resetting a forgotten password is not built yet, so keep your password somewhere safe — if you lose it, email the address below rather than assuming the account is gone.

What you post

Your reviews, lists and logs stay yours. Posting them here grants permission to display them on the site, and nothing more. Assume they are public. Don’t post anything unlawful, abusive, or that isn’t yours to post; content and accounts that do may be removed. The community guidelines set out what that means in practice, and what happens when a rule is broken.

Game data

Game titles, covers, release dates and related details come from IGDB, and remain theirs. Cover art belongs to the respective publishers.
